The Delaware Student
Ambassadors Program

Delaware Student Success is excited to present the Student Ambassadors program! This program was created to promote the voice of Delaware high school students.

Delaware high school students are chosen to serve as interns for the Delaware Department of Education’s Higher Education Office to better meet the needs of Delaware students in planning for their futures.

Interns will play a role in all communications on the Delaware Student Success website, social media platforms, text messages and any written documents released from DHEO or DSS Collaborative.

Aug Landscape — Gather information on Delaware students.

Oct Survey — Conduct interviews to understand the current landscape.

Nov Analyze Gaps — Analyze the research to find gaps in the current landscape.

Jan Recruiting — Plan and design recruiting opportunities.

Feb New Hire — Interview and hire new cohort 24-25.

Mar Review — Review current understanding of Delaware opportunities.

Apr Idea Generation — Assess all findings for ideation of solutions.

May DHEO Presentation — Present all findings and material to DHEO Team.

Jun Road Show — Showcase all that you have discovered.
