Think you can’t afford college? Think again!

Did you know that you can attend Delaware State University, Delaware Technical Community College (DTCC) and the University of Delaware Associates in Art program tuition free?

You may qualify for the SEED or Inspire Scholarship if you live in Delaware.

SEED:

  • At DTCC, you can enroll in credit and non-credit programs for up to 10 semesters. You must have at least a 2.5 GPA if enrolling in an associate’s degree program. There is no GPA requirement if enrolling in a workforce-training certificate. Students can attend part-time after their first semester. Students must meet all requirements for admission to the school and file a FAFSA each year.   • The University of Delaware’s Associate of Art Program gives students the option to earn an associate’s degree at the Dover, Georgetown, or Wilmington Campus, then transition to the Newark campus to earn their Bachelor’s degree. Students must have a 2.5 GPA, meet all of the requirements for admission to the school and file the FAFSA each year. SEED recipients who have not used all 10 semesters of eligibility can use SEED towards their junior year of a bachelor’s degree at the University of Delaware. INSPIRE:

  • Delaware State University offers a 4-year, full tuition scholarship to qualifying Delaware high school graduates who enroll at DSU in the fall semester directly after high school graduation. Students need at least a 2.75 (80%) and must complete at least ten hours of community service per semester. Students must meet all requirements for admission to the school and file a FAFSA each year.
