Current 10th graders with a 3.0 GPA or higher, or top 20% of their class, are invited to apply. Preference is given to first-generation college-going students and students from low-income homes. The residential program is planned for late June, when students will stay on the Delaware State University campus and receive academic supports, learn about the college process, go on college tours and make new friends from across the state. Students will return after grades 11 and 12 and receive supports throughout their college experience as well.
